Most of the details are locked down and ready to go…but on the day of the event you don’t want to keep tabs on if the snapchat geofilter is working! We can help you with all that and keep your mind at ease.

This package includes, but is not limited to:

  • Consultation and Assistance
    • 1 Free consultation to discuss the expectations and details of the wedding
    • Unlimited email and text communication
    • Phone calls during office hours (9:00 am-5:00 pm)
    • Advice on wedding etiquette
    • Assistance during the planning process
    • Reminder emails with to-do list and check off list
  • Coordination
    • Initial venue walkthrough
    • Works with the couple for itinerary production and management
    • Communicate with vendors on the coordination of the timeline
    • Conduct the wedding rehearsal
    • Coordinate the wedding party for the ceremony processional and recessional
    • Provide vendors with floor plan, itinerary, and other informational materials for the event
    • Seating chart arrangement/organization
    • Day of service – Including one assistant (10 hours)
    • Coordinate with vendors and wedding party for event activities
    • Set up entry table, gift table, dessert table if needed
    • Supervise the setup of the venue(s) and teardown
    • Collection of desired decorations, extra favors, gifts, and envelopes at the end of the reception
    • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
    • Final run through at the end of the day at the venue

(Partial Planning) Stress-Free Level: OUTSTANDING

Engagement? Check. Pinterest account? Check. Date of wedding? uhh yea kinda… Flowers? yes, pink ones…but what in the world are ranunculuses????  Starting out the planning can be overwhelming, that is why this package would be the best fit for you.

This package includes everything in Package REMARKABLE, plus the following:

  • Consultation and assistance
    • Up to 3 consultation meetings
    • Assistance with event design, theme, décor concept development
    • Research venues
    • Budget maintenance
    • Help with setting up your wedding organization binder
    • Assist with menu design
    • Provide etiquette, wedding tradition and wedding protocol advice
  • Coordination
    • Finalized vendor meetings
    • Review vendor contracts
    • Obtain all required information from vendors (insurance, invoices, etc.)
    • Create a Month to Month task list
    • Verify all vendor invoices and confirm the finalized orders

Price point starting at $3,500
(Full Planning) Stress-Free Level: EVERLASTING

Not exactly sure where to start when you already got the life game having you run around?  Adding another plate of wedding planning to the spin is a little too much. We will spin those plates while you do your thing.

This package includes everything in Package OUTSTANDING and REMARKABLE, plus the following:

  • Consultation and assistance:
    • Total of 5 additional consultation meetings
    • Budget plan production and maintenance
    • Vendor research and reference
    • Set up and attend up to 5 Venue meetings
    • Set up and attend up to 3 Vendor meetings
  • Coordination
    • Assist in assembly of and mail out Save the Dates and Invites
    • Organize the RSVPs of guests and produce the finalized guest list
    • Payment reminders to the venue(s) and vendors
    • Secure transportation and hotel accommodations (if needed)
    • Research and book rehearsal dinner
    • Research and book day after brunch

Price point starting at $5,000
A La Carte

For the other moments that need a little help from us.                                                                                 

  • Out of Town Guests – $500
    • Hotel bookings for out-of-town guests
    • Activity arrangements
    • Create and distribute weekend wedding itinerary
    • Arrange transportation throughout their stay
    • Assemble and deliver up to 30 out of town bags (clients to provide the contents) for guests staying within a 10 mile radius
  • Assist in Save-the-Date, Invitations, Programs, and Menu Selections – $75/HR
  • Assemble Invitations/Programs/Favors
    • $75 for every 100 items (minimum)
  • Invitation Mailing – $100
  • Vendor Referrals – $100 each category
    • 1 Category, 3 confirmed referrals each (excluding event locations)
  • Venue Search – $150 per venue
    • Research of potential venues in selected city or region and provide 3 venues with prices, availability, and contact information
  • Vendor and Venue Contract Review – $100 per contract
  • Guestlist Management – $500
    • Management of  RSVPs
    • Guestlist production
    • Seating arrangement production
